Following the opening of a rural gîte in 2019, we wanted to reiterate
this great adventure with a second gîte of another type, in an urban environment.
The former Meuse Laboratory charmed us from our first visit.
We hope you will like this place of character just as much.
Our philosophy: to offer you a home where everything is thought out for you,
so that you make the most of your stay.
Why "the Little Dipper"?
We chose this name in reference to the fetish animal
from the town of Andenne, the city of the Bears.
We also thought of the constellation of the same name,
imagining our cottage as a little nest under the stars.
We wish you sweet nights...
OUR COTTAGE
La Petite Ourse is a 45 m² apartment ideally located in the town of Andenne.
It is on the ground floor of a former pharmaceutical laboratory.
5 minutes on foot will be enough for you
reach the city center.
Andenne is located between Namur and Huy,
near the E42 highway,
20 minutes from Namur,
30 minutes from Liege
and 60 minutes from Brussels.
The city is also accessible by train.
The cottage has a private parking lot.
Furnished in a style that is both vintage and contemporary, La Petite Ourse is made up of a beautiful living room, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom.

The apartment can accommodate between 2 and 4 people thanks to the convertible sofa bed.

The market takes place in the city center
every Friday morning from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Cave of Scladina
A major prehistoric site but also one of the largest sites still being excavated and accessible to the public. Animal bones, tools as well as remains belonging to a Neanderthal child are kept there
